| Welcome to Pacific Cascade Woodworks. My name is Jeff and I am the owner of Pacific Cascade Woodworks. I have been privately building furniture since 1998 for friends and family. In 2009 I decided it was time to turn professional and created Pacific Cascade Woodworks. My philosophy is to build beautiful works of art out of wood which will be the centerpiece for your home. Over the years I have built furniture out of all types of material - plywood, oak, poplar, cherry. etc... and have developed a fondness for the look and feel of solid wood. Today, all my work is made from only solid wood. There is no plywood, MDF, or laminates used. The feel of a drawer made from solid wood, even the bottom, is exactly what you would expect from a custom made furniture. My Approach: - Mortise and tenon joints are used extensively for strength and durability - Boards are carefully selected for their grain and color to enhance visual appeal - All drawers are built with dovetail joints |
